IAG Internal Transformation Campaign

IAG Transform, part of International Airlines Group (IAG), plays a key role in driving change across the organisation and the wider aviation industry. One year on from launch, the opportunity was to celebrate the their success while using the moment to re-engage colleagues and strengthen internal sentiment ahead of the next OHI survey.

The challenge was to create a campaign that not only marked the anniversary, but also reinforced the impact of IAG Transform’s work—building pride, visibility, and connection across the business.

Working closely with a copywriter, we developed three contrasting visual identity routes, each offering a distinct tone and approach to storytelling. These were brought to life through activation concepts and visualisations designed to engage colleagues across multiple touchpoints and environments.
