L'Oréal Internal Comms & Behaviour Change
L’Oréal leads the global beauty industry, driven in part by a strong and clearly defined business strategy. However, internal recall of that strategy was beginning to fade. The challenge was to reconnect colleagues with these priorities and embed them into everyday thinking—led from the top.
The solution was to turn the lens inward, focusing on L’Oréal’s own people. In collaboration with a Vogue photographer, we created a high-fashion campaign that reintroduced the senior leadership team as authentic, charismatic individuals behind the strategy. The result was a striking and human-led visual approach that brought warmth and clarity to the messaging.
This campaign was rolled out across the employee experience—from digital screens to posters and large-scale environmental graphics—ensuring the strategy was seen, felt, and remembered throughout the workplace.
My role: Art direction, concept development, design development, animation storyboarding, and creative oversight.
