HPS Brain Gym Brand Creation

Corporate America is facing a growing wellbeing crisis. Despite increased investment, productivity and mental health outcomes continue to stagnate—leaving millions of employees unable to perform at their best. Absenteeism, burnout, and lost productivity remain widespread, contributing to an estimated $1 trillion annual loss linked to anxiety and depression.

HPS Brain Gym was created to tackle this challenge through a focus on brain health. Built by medical professionals and grounded in psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience, the programme helps employees manage stress, improve wellbeing, and unlock better performance.

The task was to create a brand that balanced scientific credibility with a human-first approach. The solution combined motion-led gradients—reflecting brain activity and cognitive flow—with people-focused imagery, resulting in a visual identity that feels both intelligent and accessible.

My role: Logo design and development, brand creation and management, rollout across digital and print.
